Robert Mosley Virtually!
Year-over-Year, JOBMASTER has partnered with the exceptional industry expert Robert Mosley. JOBMASTER was invested in making sure that this year would be no different, as a result, the workshop took place virtually to accommodate the COVID-19 safety requirements. The Robert Mosley workshop took place in October and was split into two workshops covering the chosen topics: Job Evaluation and Grading & Compensation and Salary Structure. The topics were voted on by the attendees ahead of time and the workshops were overall a great success. Be sure to take part of next year’s workshops and don’t miss out!
