Virtual Assessors Certification Course
2020 proved to be quite the virtual year, and there was no exception for JOBMASTER, well-known for our Assessors Certification Course, which takes place in collaboration with our partner Riverwaves, our course in September took place virtually. It was a very interesting experience that was prepared for immensely and participants gave outstanding feedback about their experience. Our Assessors Certification Course focuses on qualifying assessors to conduct assessments/development centres in a way to maintain consistency, reliability, objectivity and fairness, in order to find the right fit for the right role in their organisations.
