In-Class Assessors Certification Course
JOBMASTER, is well-known for our Assessors Certification Course, which takes place in collaboration with our partner Riverwaves, and this August we conducted the course in-class. All the necessary safety precautions and social distancing requirements were maintained throughout the training. Although it may have been conducted in a setting a bit different than usual, the quality and value that JOBMASTER always delivers was carried through and the participants provided great feedback regarding their experience. Our Assessors Certification Course focuses on qualifying assessors to conduct assessments/development centres in a way to maintain consistency, reliability, objectivity and fairness, in order to find the right fit for the right role in their organisations.
